摘  要:针对燃气轮机涡轮叶片温度高、旋转转速高温度不易测量等问题,提出一种燃气轮机涡轮叶片高速多光谱实时测温技术方案,解决国内燃气轮机涡轮高速、高温叶片不能实时监测的技术难题。论文提出了基于高速多光谱测温技术的软硬件测试方案,进行了探管结构和吹扫系统、光学分系统、光电转换与信号处理系统及软件结构设计,并进行了实例研究分析。该方案有助于实时监测涡轮叶片的实际健康状态,有利于对涡轮叶片的热障涂层脱落、冷却通道堵塞等损坏情况进行预警,防止故障的进一步扩大,减少经济损失。The high speed multispectral temperature measuring system scheme is proposed to solve the technical problem that the turbine blade cannot be monitored which is in high rotating speed and high temperature that are not easy to measure in China.In this paper,the software and hardware test scheme based on high speedmultispectral temperature measurement technology is put for⁃ward,the explore probe,the light-splitting system,the spectral photoelectric sensor system and the software system are designed,which is applied in practice.By monitoring the actual health status of gas turbine blades in real time,the thermal barrier coating of turbine blades is removed and the cooling channel is blocked,and the other damages are effectively warned,so as to prevent further expansion of faults and reduce economic losses.
