基于知识图谱对失眠辨证论治规律的探析

摘　　要：目的探索运用知识图谱技术分析医师辨证论治失眠的诊疗规律,为传承研究提供方法学参考,为临床诊疗提供经验借鉴。方法采集高颖教授门诊204例(349诊次)失眠患者病例信息,利用知识图谱模块划分技术和社区探测法进行共现与可视化分析,共现分析采用Liquorice软件,可视化分析采用Gephi软件。结果共提取症状139种,中药186种;医师辨治失眠的知识体系中,实邪扰心以郁、热(火)、痰(湿)为主要致病因素,治法以疏肝解郁、清热除烦、化痰祛湿为核心;正虚失养以气虚、血虚、阴虚为主要病机特点,治法以补气、养血、滋阴为主;丹参、酸枣仁、生龙骨、生牡蛎、合欢皮、夜交藤组方为医师经验用方。结论知识图谱技术能够可视化呈现中医师辨治失眠的基本规律和用药特点,作为一种新的中医传承研究方法值得进一步探索和应用;本研究结果可以反馈指导临床。Objective To explore the rule of diagnosis and treatment of insomnia treated by doctors based on syndrome differentiation by using knowledge mapping technology,to provide methodological reference for the study of the rule of and differentiation and treatment,to provide experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods the information of 204 cases of insomnia patients in professor Gao Ying’s outpatient clinic(349 consultations)were collected.Co-occurrence and visual analysis were performed by using knowledge graph module division technology and community detection method.Liquorice software was used for co-occurrence analysis,and Gephi software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 139 symptoms and 186 traditional Chinese medicines were extracted.In the knowledge system of doctors’differentiation and treatment of insomnia,depression(fire)and phlegm(dampness)are the main pathogenic factors in the excessive evil disturbing heart,the treatment focuses on soothing the liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and relieving fidgetness,and resolving phlegm and clearing dampness.Qi deficiency,blood deficiency and yin deficiency are the main pathogenesis of loss of nourishment due to the vital qi deficiency.The main treatment focus on notifying qi,nourishing blood,nourishing yin.Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,raw Os Draconis,Concha Ostreae,Cortex Albiziae,Caulis Polygoni Multifloi were the major components of doctors’experienced formula.Conclusion The application of knowledge graph technology can visually present the basic syndrome differentiation rules and medication characteristics of TCM doctors in treating insomnia,and it can be further explored and applied as a new method of inheritance research of traditional Chinese medicine.The results of this study can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.
