摘 要:大庆油田黑帝庙组浅层气井试气资料显示,地层表皮系数较大,近井地带污染严重。扩容式射孔技术在射孔弹前端加装由高能粒子等材料组成的扩容体,借助射孔弹爆炸后产生的涡流场引力,将不同粒度的高能粒子曳入射孔孔道内,直接毁伤压实层,达到扩大射孔孔径、提高孔道容积的效果。钢靶检测实验结果表明,与常规射孔方式相比,利用扩容式射孔技术形成的有效孔径提高了29%,孔容提高了44.44%,穿深提高了14%。xq152井和xq12井现场试验,射孔均一次成功,试井解释xq152井表皮系数为-5.7、xq12井为-3.7,平均试油产能提高1.7倍,改善储层效果较好。该技术为近井地带储层改造提供了新途径。The gas testing data of the shallow gas wells of Heidimiao formation in Daqing Oilfield show that the formation skin factor is large and the pollution near the wellbore is serious.Expandable perforating technology adds an expandable body composed of high-energy particles and other materials to the front of the perforating charges,and the high-energy particles of different particle size are dragged into the perforation channel to destroy the compaction layer directly by means of the eddy field gravity generated by the perforating charges after explosion.Then the perforation diameter is enlarged and the pore volume is improved.The results of steel target test show that,compared with the conventional perforating method,the effective perforation diameter,perforation capacity and perforation depth can be increased by 29%,44.44%and 14%,respectively.In the field tests of Well xq152 and Well xq12,the perforation was successful just for one time.The well test interpretation showed that the skin factor of Well xq152 was-5.7 and that of Well xq12 was-3.7.The average oil test productivity is increased by 1.7 times.The reservoir improvement effect was fairly good.This technology provides a new way for reservoir stimulation in near-wellbore zone.
