摘　　要：[目的/意义]丰富区块链舆情信息传播领域研究内容,推动区块链技术在舆情领域应用,打造"风清气正"舆情空间。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论研究范式,构建舆情平台区块链技术能力对普通网民信息接受行为意愿的影响模型。[结果/结论]舆情平台区块链技术能力影响了普通网民舆情信息质量感知,普通网民舆情信息质量感知又对普通网民舆情信息接受行为意愿产生影响。区块链舆情普通网民个人因素在普通网民舆情信息质量感知对其舆情信息接受行为意愿影响过程中充当调节作用。[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to enrich the research content in the field of public opinion information dissemination of blockchain,promote the application of blockchain technology in the field of public opinion,and create a public opinion space of"clean air and positive atmosphere".[Method/Process]Based on the grounded theory research paradigm,this paper constructs the influence model of public opinion platform blockchain technology capability on the information acceptance behavior intention of ordinary Internet users.[Result/Conclusion]The technology capability of public opinion platform blockchain affects the general netizens’perception of public opinion information quality,which in turn has an impact on the willingness of ordinary Internet users to accept public opinion information.Moreover,the individual factors of ordinary Internet users play a moderating role in the process of the influence of public opinion information quality perception of ordinary Internet users on their willingness to accept public opinion information.
