摘  要:[目的/意义]分析学术用户探索式搜索行为的认知过程,帮助图书馆员精准定位用户的信息需求,为之提供适合的信息服务种类,提高图书馆学术信息服务的精准度。[方法/过程]探索式搜索行为的认知过程由问题情境和搜索过程组成,随着用户探索式搜索行为的认知阶段的推进,用户以开始、浏览、搜索、评价、集成和停止为基本单位动态、循环地获取相关信息,逐步消除情境空间的3种信息不确定性。[结果/结论]将信息服务分为信息源与工具服务、信息策略服务与信息内容服务3方面,图书馆员可以判断用户所处的探索式搜索行为认知阶段,明确现存信息不确定性种类,对优化图书馆信息咨询服务具有现实参考价值。[Purpose/Significance]This study analyzes the cognitive process of academic users’exploratory search behavior,helps librarians accurately locate users’information needs,provides them with suitable types of information services,and improves the accuracy of academic information services in libraries.[Method/Process]The cognitive process of exploratory search behavior is composed of problem situations and search processes.With the advancement of the cognitive phase of user exploratory search behavior,users are based on start,browse,search,evaluation,integration and stop as basic units to obtain relevant information dynamically and cyclically,gradually eliminating the three information uncertainties in the context space.[Result/Conclusion]The information service is divided into three aspects:information source and tool service,information strategy service and information content service.Librarians can judge the cognitive stage of the exploratory search behavior of the user and clarify the types of existing information uncertainty.
