基于集群的“边缘地”体育文化旅游发展策略研究

摘　　要：体育产业集群和体育旅游发展中普遍存在"核心-边缘"现象.区域发展不平衡中的边缘地体育文化旅游处于发展困境之中:由于旅游剥夺或极化现象而造成进一步边缘化、同质化严重,旅游感知度低下;自身服务水平和条件差;相对剥夺感导致当地民众对体育文化旅游认同不足等.需要边缘地突出地方特色,与核心地互补共赢,寻求政策支持获得发展机遇,联合科研院所挖掘当地体育文化内涵,通过宣传和改善条件来塑造品牌和形象."Core-dege"phenomenon exists in sports industry cluster and sports tourism development.Unbalanced regional development in the edge of physical culture tourism in development dilemma:caused by tourism deprism deprivation or polarization phenomenon further marginalized,serious homogeneity,low tourism perception;poor service level and condition;the relative deprivation caused the local people to have insuffcient recognition of sports culture tourism and so on.Sports and sports tourism industy cluster development need to highlight the local characteristics the edge and core to complementary and mutual benefit,seeking opprtunities for developent,jointing research institutes mining local sports culture connotation,through propagande and improve conditions to shape the brand and image.
