摘  要:结合背压式热电联产机组运行特点和工业园区集中供热机组能效评价的工作经验,对当前热电联产行业普遍采用的热量分摊法和热电分产法提出质疑。受到电力等价值计算的启发,认为评价能效指标时,热电联产机组,特别是背压式机组,需要考虑外供蒸汽的品位差异。以东南沿海某30 MW背压机组为例,分别使用热量分摊法、热电分摊法和等效电法进行对比分析,得出等效电法更能反映热电联产实现能源梯级利用的特点,这为背压式热电联产机组的经济技术指标评价提供科学的思路。Combined with the operating characteristics of back-pressure cogeneration units and the work experience of energy efficiency evaluation of central heating units in industrial parks,the current heat distribution method and cogeneration method commonly used in cogeneration industries are questioned.Inspired by the calculation of electricity and other values,it is believed that when evaluating energy efficiency indicators,cogeneration units,especially backpressure units,need to consider the difference in the grade of externally supplied steam.Taking a 30 MW back pressure unit in the southeast coast as an example,the"heat distribution method","thermal power distribution method"and"equivalent power method"were used for comparative analysis.The characteristics of energy cascade utilization provide a more scientific idea for the evaluation of economic and technical indicators of back pressure cogeneration.
