摘  要:通过一个循环水管爆裂的典型事故展开分析,对比应用电动机驱动的循环水泵的情况,详细解读凝汽式发电机组供热改造中应用工业汽轮机驱动循环水泵的安全注意事项和节能效益方面的考量,指出了一些改进提高汽动水泵安全性的有效方法,确认了工程节能效益的可取性,为今后新建供热改造工程中设置汽动水泵提供参考。Through the description and analysis of a typical accident of circulating water pipe burst,compared with the application of circulating water pump driven by motor,the safety precautions and energy-saving benefits of industrial steam turbine driven circulating water pump in the heat supply transformation of condensing turbine generator unit are explained in detail.Some effective methods to improve the safety of steam driven water pump are pointed out,and the engineering saving is confirmed.The feasibility of energy efficiency provides a reference for setting steam driven water pump in the new heating reconstruction project in the future.
