摘 要:以有机无机分离方法为基础,活性污泥法产生的剩余污泥作为试验对象,寻找一种最佳的污泥有机无机分离策略。结果显示酸性药剂对有机物去除率影响最为显著,在药剂浓度达到2 mol/L时有着最高的有机物去除率98%;氧化药剂相较于酸性药剂、碱性药剂对无机物的去除效果显著,在2 mol/L时有着最高的有机物去除率73%。该研究讨论了不同药剂对剩余污泥有机无机分离的效果,以期为污泥资源化利用提供便捷条件。Based on the organic-inorganic separation method,the excess sludge produced by activated sludge process was taken as the test object to find an optimal organic-inorganic separation strategy.The results showed that the acid agent had the most significant effect on the organic matter removal rate,and the highest organic matter removal rate was 98%when the reagent concentration reached 2 mol/L;the oxidation agent had a significant effect on the removal of inorganic matter compared with the acid agent and alkaline agent,and the highest organic matter removal rate was 73%at 2 mol/L.This study discussed the effect of different chemicals on organic-inorganic separation of excess sludge,in order to provide convenient conditions for sludge resource utilization.
