SY-J除垢剂对三元复合驱集油管线垢质清除效果研究

摘　　要：针对强碱三元复合驱集油管线结垢问题,选择了SY-J除垢剂,考察了影响除垢效果的因素。实验结果表明,SY-J除垢剂最佳使用浓度为50%,除垢温度为55℃以上,除垢时间16h以上,除垢率80%以上,适合硅铝酸盐含量大于40%的集油管线除垢。Sy-J descaling agent was developed to solve the problem of scale formation in the oil pipeline driven by strong alkali ASP, and the factors influencing the scale removal effect were investigated. The experimental re-sults showed that SY-J descaling agent was suitable for oil gathering pipelines scaling with more than 40% aluminosilicate content. The best concentration was 50%, the temperature was over 55℃, the time was over 16 hours, and the scale removal rate is over 80%.
