摘　　要：以经过沉淀、磺化和碱洗等预处理的废机油为基础油,配比一定比例的硬脂酸、椰子油二乙醇胺和表面活性剂O-10,通过乳化反应制备了一种多功能连续管用金属减阻剂MARD-2。在室温和90℃条件下,当金属减阻剂MARD-2加量为1%时,摩擦系数降低率均达到90%以上。实验结果表明,金属减阻剂MARD-2在摩擦面上具有较好的吸附性,能够形成较强的极压润滑膜,具有一定的极压抗磨性,且耐温性良好;此外,MARD-2对金属具有一定的防腐防锈作用。The multifunctional metal lubricant MARD-2 for continuous tube,was synthesised by emulsifying with the waste machine oil which pretreated by precipitation,sulfonation and alkaline washing with a certain proportion of stearic acid,coconut oil diethanolamine and surfactant O-10.Under the condition of room temperature and 90℃,when metal lubricant MARD-2 added amount was 1%,the coefficient of friction reducing rate achieves above 90%.The experimental results show that the metal lubricant MARD-2 has good adsorption on the friction surface and can form a strong extreme pressure lubrication film.
