摘　　要：本文简要介绍了咔咯的定义、产生、发展及应用。重点介绍了:(1)新型咔咯类衍生物的合成及在催化科学中的应用;(2)新型咔咯金属配合物的合成及在医药学中的应用。并对咔咯化学的发展进行了展望。It was introducesd that the generation,development,applications and structure features of corrole chemistry.Emphases are put on two parts:①syntheses of new corrole derivatives with applications in catalysis science;②syntheses of new corrole metal complexes with applications in medicine.Future developments of corrole chemistry are prospected in the end.
