摘 要:非芳烃作为一种杂质,影响PX产品的质量。本文以四川石化75万t·a^-1 PX装置生产数据为基础,分析二甲苯分馏、吸附分离和异构化3个单元的非芳烃平衡,进而建立PX装置非芳烃含量对产品质量影响模型。使用该模型估算PX装置增加高非芳烃含量原料、扩能至100万t·a^-1后,主要产品的非芳烃含量、纯度等数据,从产品质量的角度,判断PX装置扩能改造的可行性。Based on the actual production data of the 750,000t·a^-1 PX plant in PetroChina of Sichuan Petrochemical,the non-aromatic equilibrium of xylene,adsorption separation and isomerization were analyzed under the conditions of different content of non-aromatic hydrocarbons in raw materials,and the distribution model of non-aromatic hydrocarbons in PX plant was established.The non-aromatic hydrocarbon distribution model can be used to calculate the non-aromatic hydrocarbon content and purity of the main products of the 750,000t·a^-1 PX plant and its further expansion to 1 million t·a^-1 at full load operation.From the point of view of product index,the feasibility of running the 750,000t·a^-1 PX plant at full load and further expanding its capacity to 1 million t·a^-1 is judged.
