摘　　要：分析了羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)中微凝胶不溶物的来源、危害及相关微凝胶不溶物检测分析方法,提出了一种简单快捷地测定CMC中不同尺寸下微凝胶不溶物含量的方法,可以实现电池企业对其CMC来料品质的快速有效评估,以降低来料不良风险。Through the analysis of the sources,hazards and conventional detection methods of microgel insoluble substance in CMC,a simple and fast method to determine the amount of microgel insoluble substances in different sizes of CMC was proposed.It is proved that this method is more effective to evaluate the quality of CMC,and reduce the risk of bad incoming of CMC materials.
