摘　　要：硫冷凝器是硫磺回收装置中重要的换热器类设备之一。以某新建80 kt/a硫磺回收项目为例,从各级硫冷凝器出口温度的确定、结构尺寸设计、防腐蚀设计和设备选材三个方面,介绍了硫冷凝器的设计要点。Sulfur condenser is one of the essential heat exchanging equipment in the sulfur recovery unit.Based on a grassroots 80 kt/a sulfur recovery unit project,the design highlights are outlined for sulfur condenser in three areas:determination of outlet temperatures at each stage of sulfur condenser,design of structural dimension,corrosion protection design and equipment material selection.
