摘  要:采用湿法冶金浸出工艺会产生大量含有较高浓度的杂质、盐分、有害化学试剂的氨氮废水,对污水处理系统造成较大压力。试验研究了采用螯合纤维对氨氮废水中的铜和银进行吸附,试验结果表明:铜的吸附率达到97.37%,银的吸附率为48.44%,回收效果明显;解析液可以重复利用,其中Cu含量不断升高,有利于直接返回到铜电积系统中回收;将氨氮废水中的Cu提取出来,避免了因Cu在脱氨塔中析出造成设备管道堵塞的问题;吸附试验不产生泥渣,且降低了运行费用。Wet⁃process metallurgy leaching process comes with large amount of NH3⁃N waste water containing high level of impurity,salt and harmful chemical agent,which poses great stress on the waste water treatment system.Research test results on adsorption of copper and silver from the NH3⁃N waste water using chelating fiber show that,the copper adsorption rate is 97.37%,silver adsorption rate is 48.44%,which means the recovery effect is good;the desorbed solution can be reused,in which the Cu content is increasing,which will help the direct return to the copper electrowinning system for recovery;Cu in the NH3⁃N waste water is extracted,which avoids the plugging of equipment and pipes due to deposit of Cu from the NH3 removal tower.The adsorption test comes with no sludge,which reduces the operating cost.
