摘　　要：为进一步通过精细化管理提高种子园种子产量,以马尾松(Pinus massoniana)为材料,研究不同激素和浓度、施肥种类和时间以及环割时间和部位对雌、雄球花发育及抽梢的影响。结果表明,各处理在一定程度上增加了雌、雄球花量,50 mg/L和100 mg/L Me JA处理明显增加雌、雄球花量,50 mg/L GA3和IAA处理以及100 mg/L NAA处理明显增加雌球花量。8-10月施入复合肥能增加雌球花量,11和12月分别施入氮肥和钾肥能增加雄球花量。8月在一级侧枝环割能有效增加雌球花量。总体而言,施肥效果要好于其他处理。In order to further improve seed yield of seed orchard through fine management,effects of different hormones and concentrations,fertilizers and time as well as girdling positions and time on growth of female and male cones and shoot growth were studied.Results showed that all treatments increased number of female and male cones to some extent.50 mg/L and 100 mg/L Me JA treatments obviously increased number of female and male cones.50 mg/L GA3 and IAA treatments,and 100 mg/L NAA treatment obviously increased number of female cones.Application of compound fertilizer from August to October could increase number of female cones,while application of nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer in November and December respectively could increase male cones.Girdling in first lateral branch in August could effectively increasenumber of female cones.In general,fertilization was much better than other treatments.
