摘  要:利用光学显微镜和图像测量分析软件对3种核桃木材的纤维形态进行测量与分析,对3种木材的纤维长度、纤维宽度、纤维壁腔比和气干密度等进行对比研究,以期为核桃的定向培育提供基础数据。结果表明,泡核桃(Juglans sigillata)的纤维长度、纤维宽度、纤维腔径和双壁厚均最大,分别为1053μm、31μm、19.3μm和11.9μm;薄壳山核桃(Carya illinoinensis)的纤维长宽比和壁腔比均最大,分别为48和1.05;云新核桃的气干密度最大(0.66 g/cm^3)。3种核桃木材的纤维均适合造纸,可作为纸浆材;云新核桃和泡核桃木材的纤维长宽比均大于33,纤维壁腔比均小于1,为优等造纸原料;薄壳山核桃木材的纤维长宽比大于33,纤维壁腔比约等于1,为中等造纸原料。总体来说,泡核桃最适合制浆造纸。Optical microscope and image measurement soft ware were used to measure and analyze fibre morphology of three types of walnut wood,and fibre length,fibre width,fibre wall-cavity ratio and air-dry density of three types of wood were compared and analyzed in order to provide basic data for walnut directive cultivation.Results showed that Juglans sigillata had the largest fibre length,fibre width,fibre cavity diameter and double-wall thickness,which were 1053μm,31μm,19.3μm and 11.9μm,respectively.Carya illinoinensis had the largest fibre length-width ratio and wall-cavity ratio,which were 48 and 1.05,respectively.Walnut Yunxin had the largest air-dry density(0.66 g/cm^3).Fibres of 3 types of walnut wood were suitable for making paper as pulpwood material.Walnut Yunxin and J.sigillata were high-quality raw materials for making paper,with fibre length-width ratio greater than 33 and wallcavity ratio less than 1.C.illinoinensis was medium raw material for making paper with fibre length-width ratio greater than 33 and wall-cavity ratio approximately equal to 1.In conclusion,J.sigillata was most suitale for pulping and making paper.
