分层次护理模式下规范化培训对艾滋病护理人员的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分层次护理模式下规范化培训对艾滋病护理人员护理质量及心理一致感的影响,为寻找适用于艾滋病护理人员的培训模式提供参考。方法将90名艾滋病护理人员根据不同病区分为两组,对照组(45例)仅予以常规培训工作干预,观察组(45例)则予以分层次护理模式下规范化培训干预,两组干预时间均为3个月。比较两组干预前后护理工作质量评分及心理一致感评分差异。结果干预前,两组技术考核、理论考核及综合评价等护理工作质量评分和理解能力、处理或管理能力、价值感等心理一致感评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组,干预前后护理工作质量评分和心理一致感评分均无明显改变(P>0.05);观察组,干预前后护理工作质量评分和心理一致感评分均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且与对照组干预后相比,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次护理模式下,规范化培训不但可提高艾滋病护理人员的护理工作质量,还可明显提高心理一致感,可推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized training in hierarchical nursing mode on nursing quality and psychological congruence of AIDS nurses,and to provide a reference for finding the training mode suitable for AIDS nursing staff.Methods 90 AIDS nursing staff were divided into two groups according to the different wards,the control group(45 cases)was only given routine training work intervention,and the observation group(45 cases)was given the hierarchical nursing mode of standardized training intervention.The intervention time of both groups was 3 months.The scores of nursing quality and psychological congruence before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups about the nursing quality scores such as technical assessment,theoretical assessment and comprehensive assessment before intervention(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in the nursing quality scores of the control group after intervention(P>0.05),while the scores of observation group after intervention significantly increased than that of before intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups about the scores of understanding ability such as processing or management ability,sense of value and other psychological congruence before intervention(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in the psychological congruence scores of the control group after intervention(P>0.05),while the scores of psychological congruence after intervention of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training in hierarchical nursing mode can not only improve the quality of AIDS nursing staff,but also significantly improve the sense of psychological coherence.
