摘　　要：目的探讨公众号健康宣教结合家庭护理对支气管哮喘儿童和父母的影响。方法将170例支气管哮喘患儿采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组85例。对照组均予以家庭护理,观察组在此基础上加用公众号健康宣教。比较两组哮喘控制状况,评估干预前和干预6月后患儿认知能力、社会行为能力、父母心理状态。结果①干预6个月后,观察组哮喘控制有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);②干预6月后,两组干预前后WMS-RC评分中相似性测验、图画填充测验和图形拼凑测验得分组间对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组数字广度测验得分均高于干预前(P<0.05),组间对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);③干预6月后,两组CBCL评分中社会能力评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),患儿行为问题评分、患儿父母SDS、SAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组变动幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论公众号健康宣教结合家庭护理能改善支气管哮喘患儿哮喘控制状况、社会行为能力和其父母负面心理,但对认知能力影响不明显。Objective To explore the effects of official account health education combined with home nursing on children with bronchial asthma and their parents.Methods 170 cases of children with bronchial asthma were divided into observation group(n=85)and control group(n=85)according to the random number table method.Control group was given home nursing,and observation group was additionally given official account health education on this basis.Asthma control conditions were compared between the two groups,and cognitive ability,social-behavior ability,parental psychological state was evaluated in the two groups before intervention and after the intervention for 6 months.Results After 6 months of intervention,effective rate of asthma control in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,there were no significant differences in scores of similarity test,drawing fill test and picture arrangement test of WMS-RC scale between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Scores of digit span test in the two groups were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,social ability scores of CBCL in the two groups were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05)while scores of behavior problem and scores of SDS and SAS of parents were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the changes in observation group were larger than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Official account health education combined with home nursing can improve asthma control,social behavior ability and parents'negative psychology of children with bronchial asthma,but it has no obvious effect on cognitive ability.
