摘  要:转炉煤气作为转炉工序重要的二次回收能源,高效回收是实现负能炼钢的关键。邢钢在实施转炉一次除尘新OG法改造后,从转炉煤气回收操作、回收时间、自动监控和优化转炉工艺等方面进行了攻关,实现了在不同铁水条件和工况下保持较高转炉煤气回收量的目标。Converter gas is an important secondary recovery energy in converter pro⁃cess,efficient recovery of which is the key to support the realization of negative energy steelmaking.After the implementation of the new OG method transformation for converter dust primary removal,the key points of converter gas recovery operation,recovery time,auto⁃matic monitoring and optimization of converter process were carried out in Xingtai Steel,and the goal of maintaining high converter gas recovery under different hot metal conditions and operation conditions has been achieved.
