摘 要:介绍了梅钢5#烧结余热锅炉回收系统现状,分析了产汽下降原因,提出5#烧结余热锅炉原样恢复、提压升级改造供竖炉发电机组发电两种设计方案,对比实施效果最后确定提压升级改造方案。设计与竖炉汽轮发电机组相适应余热锅炉,产生2.0 MPa、≥350℃蒸汽供竖炉汽轮发电机组使用。年增加发电2166万kWh。优选方案实现了减少电厂抽汽、节约蒸汽多发电的目标。This paper introduces the current situation of the recovery system of No.5 sintering waste heat boiler in Meishan Steel,analyzes the reasons for the decline of steam production,and puts forward two design schemes of the recovery of the original No.5 sinter⁃ing waste heat boiler and upgrading of pressure increase for the shaft furnace generator unit.The implementation effect was compared and the upgrading scheme was finally deter⁃mined.The design was suitable for the shaft furnace steam turbine generator unit,which can produce 2.0 MPa and 350℃or above steam for shaft furnace turbine generator.The annual power generation increased by 21.66 million kWh.The optimized scheme is in line with the purpose of reducing steam extraction and saving steam for more power generation.
