摘　　要：目的:探究阿法骨化醇对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血流变学的影响。方法:选取我院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者62例,根据治疗药物的不同将其分为两组,各31例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用阿法骨化醇治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的肾功能和血流变学。结果:治疗前,两组肾功能和血流变学指标对比均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组Alb、BUN和SCr水平均低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组UAER水平高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组PV、HBV、LBV和TK水平均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:早期糖尿病肾病患者采用阿法骨化醇治疗的效果良好,可降低蛋白尿,改善患者肾功能和血流变学,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of alfa calcidol on Renal Function and hemorheology in patients with early Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:62 patients with early Diabetic Nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,31 cases each,according to the different treatment drugs.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Alfa Calcitol,and the Renal Function and hemorheology of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Renal Function and hemorheology between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Alb,BUN and SCr in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The UAER level of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of PV,HBV,LBV and TK in the control group were all higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Alfa Calcitol in the treatment of early Diabetic Nephropathy is good,which can reduce proteinuria,improve Renal Function and hemorheology.
