摘 要:目的:探讨夹板式骨折复位钳在四肢骨干闭合复位类手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2019年2月我院收治的四肢长骨骨折患者100例,随机数字表法分为2组,各50例,对照组采取医务人员双手骨折复位和骨折位置维护,观察组采用夹板式骨折夹复钳复位和骨折位置维护,比较2组手术相关指标(医务人员X线曝光次数、手术时间、复位时间)、预后效果(骨折愈合时间、功能恢复时间)、并发症情况。结果:观察组手术时间、复位时间短于对照组,医务人员X线曝光次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、功能恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);所有患者术后无骨不连、骨骺损伤、畸形愈合,无明显肢体过度生长及短缩等严重并发症,但观察组感染、伤口渗出、皮缘坏死、血肿、关节积液等并发症发生率6.00%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:夹板式骨折夹复钳应用于四肢骨干闭合复位类手术治疗中,可缩短手术时间及复位操作时间,减少医务人员X线曝光次数,促进术后骨折愈合及功能恢复,降低并发症风险,具有操作简单等特点,临床骨折复位治疗中值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of splint fracture reduction forceps in the treatment of closed reduction of the backbone of the extremities.Methods:A total of 100 patients with long bone fractures of the extremities admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected.The random number table method was divided into 2 groups of 50 patients.The group used splint-type fracture clamp combined forceps reduction and fracture position maintenance,and compared the surgery-related indicators(the number of medical staff X-ray exposures,operation time,reduction time),prognostic effect(fracture healing time,functional recovery time),and complications.Results:The operation time and reduction time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the number of X-ray exposures of medical staff was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the fracture healing time and functional recovery time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);all The patient had no nonunion,epiphyseal injury,deformity healing,and no serious complications such as excessive limb growth and shortening,but the incidence of complications such as infection,wound exudation,skin margin necrosis,hematoma,and joint effusion in the observation group 6.00%was lower than the control group 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The splint fracture clamp is used in the treatment of closed reduction of the backbone of the extremities,which can shorten the operation time and reduction operation time,reduce the number of X-ray exposures of medical staff,promote postoperative fracture healing and functional recovery,and reduce the risk of complications.It has the characteristics of simple operation and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical fracture reduction treatment.
