人字果质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的建立人字果Dichocarpum dalzielii(Drumm.et Hutch.)W.T.Wang et Hsiao质量标准。方法HPLC法测定木兰花碱含有量,酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含有量,2015年版《中国药典》法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物含有量。结果木兰花碱在0.2002~10.01μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.70%,RSD为2.9%;总生物碱在4.048~20.24 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为96.70%,RSD为3.6%。12批样品中,木兰花碱、总生物碱、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物质量分数分别为0.27%~1.49%、3.35%~5.98%、6.45%~8.50%、9.11%~13.35%、0.27%~2.96%、18.41%~25.06%。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于人字果的质量控制。AIM To establish the quality standard for Dichocarpum dalzielii(Drumm.et Hutch.)W.T.Wang et Hsiao.MEHORDS HPLC was adopted in the content determination of magnoflorine,acid-dye colorimetry method was applied to determining total alkaloids content,and the contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).RESULTS Magnoflorine showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.2002-10.01μg(r=0.9999),whose average recovery was 100.70%with the RSD of 2.9%.Total alkaloids showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4.048-20.24 mg/L(r=0.9998),whose average recovery was 96.70%with the RSD of 3.6%.The mass fractions of magnoflorine,total alkaloids,water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract were 0.27%-1.49%,3.35%-5.98%,6.45%-8.50%,9.11%-13.35%,0.27%-2.96%and 18.41%-25.06%,respectively.CONCLUSION This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of D.dalzielii.
