民间龙舟组织的生存策略选择--对浦下龙舟队的人类学透视

摘　　要：民间龙舟组织面临着本土化与竞技化的生存策略选择困境。浦下龙舟队是唯一未被商业冠名而雄踞全国职业龙舟赛事前列的民间组织。浦下龙舟队本土化生存策略的选择具有深刻的历史文化基因和社会经济背景,从中可见,面对生存空间萎缩,民间体育组织应以文化为基,回归民间体育的人文旨趣;以人才为本,传承民间体育的历史价值;以市场为辅,发挥民间体育的社会功能。Folk dragon boat organizations are faced with the selection dilemma of survival strategies of localization and competitiveness,while Puxia Dragon Boat Team is the only folk organization that has not been named commercially,but ranked in the forefront in national professional dragon boat races.Thus,the choice of Puxia Dragon Boat Team for localized survival strategy has profoundly historical and cultural genes as well as social and economic background.In the face of living space shrinking,folk sports organizations should be culture-based to return to the humanistic purport of folk sport,be talent-oriented to inherit its historical value,and be market-driven to give full play to the social function of folk sport.
