九头狮子草的研究进展

摘　　要：九头狮子草是爵床科观音草属植物,其功用为清热、化痰、解毒等。民间主要用来治疗小儿高烧、惊风、糯米饭的红色着色剂等,也报道其化学成分主要为烷烃和甾醇类化合物。通过查阅近年来生物活性和化学成分等相关文献,进行了归纳总结,整理并科学地分析了九头狮子草的传统功效及新的药理学研究成果,对开发利用九头狮子草的药理价值和相关研究提供依据。Peristrophe japonica is a plant of Avalokitesvara in Aconiaceae.Its main functions are clearing heat,resolving phlegm and detoxifying.It is mainly used to treat children with high fever,convulsion,and used as red colorant for glutinous rices and so on.It is also reported that the chemical constituents are mainly alkanes and sterols.In this paper,the bioactivity and chemical composition in recent years in China were reviewed and summarized.The traditional efficacy and new pharmacological research results of Peristrophe japonica were analyzed in order to provide basis for utilization of the pharmacological value and related research of Peristrophe japonica.
