摘  要:目的比较离子色谱法(IC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定水中钾、钠、钙、镁、锂的差异性。方法通过对比分析这两种方法的检出限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率。结果ICP-MS法检出限比离子色谱法低一个数量级,标准样品准确度均在保证值内,精密度RSD均小于5%,加标回收率94%~102%。结论两种方法均能满足质量控制的要求,测定结果之间无显著差异。Objectives Comparison of Ion chromatography(IC)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy(ICP-MS)were used for determining the potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium and lithium ions in water.Methods As compared to the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate.Results The results showed the detection limit of ICP-MS was one order of magnitude lower than that of IC,the precision RSDs were less than 5%,The accuracy of the standard sample is within the standard value,and the standardized recovery rates were 94%~101%.Conclusions the two methods could meet the requirement of quality control,there was no significant difference among the determination results.
