摘 要:采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜构建膜曝气生物膜反应器(MABR),研究不同曝气压力,pH、流量和C/N比对模拟生活污水处理效果的影响,并分析PVDF中空纤维膜表面微生物的Alpha多样性、物种群落及群落组成.结果表明,构建的MABR可有效去除模拟生活污水中的化学耗氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH+-N)和总氮(TN),在曝气压力0.06 MPa,水力停留时间12.0 h,pH 8,C/N比5,循环流量90 mL/min下,MABR对模拟生活污水的处理效果达到最佳,COD,NH^+4-N及TN的去除率分别为95.4%、79.6%和71.8%.此时,反应器生物膜微生物具有较高的群落丰富度和多样性,Chao和Shannon指数分别为456.3和2.67,表明MABR具有较好的生活污水处理性能和潜在应用价值.In this study,membrane aeration bioreactor(MABR)was constructed using polyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)hollow fiber membrane module and was employed to treat synthetic domestic sewageunder different aeration pressure,pH,circulating flowrate and C/N ratio.The microorganisms of MABRwere analyzed in terms of Alpha diversity,species community richness and community composition.It wasfound that the constructed MABR could effectively remove COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogenfrom domestic sewage.Under the conditions of aeration pressure 0.06 MPa,pH 8.0,circulating flowrate90 mL/min and C/N tatio 5.0,the constructed MABR attained its optimal efficiency,showing COD,ammonia nitrogen(NH^+4-N)and total nitrogen(TN)removals of 95.4%,79.6%and 71.8%,respectively.The results of microbial analysis revealed that the biofilm of MABR under optimumconditions possessed higher microbial community richness and diversity,and the main microbials of biofilmwere Saccharimonadia and Gammaproteobacteria on Class level.The constructed MABR exhibits goodperformance in treatment of domestic sewage and potential value in practical application.
