摘　　要：发展新能源汽车是国家战略,但受制于关键技术水平和补贴退坡的影响,新能源汽车产销量出现下降。在逐步构建国际国内双循环背景下,促进新能源汽车行业高质量发展的关键是掌握核心技术,本质是新能源汽车质量。本文立足于山东省新能源汽车产业发展现状,重点分析了产业发展存在的问题,并提出了山东省推进新能源汽车行业质量提升的对策建议。The development of new energy vehicles is a national strategy,but due to the impact of key technology levels and decrease in subsidies,the production and sales of new energy vehicles have declined.In the context of promoting international and domestic dual cycles,the key to facilitating the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry is to master core technology,that is to ensure the quality of new energy vehicles.Based on the status quo of the development of the new energy automobile industry in Shandong Province,this article makes an analysis of the problems in the development of the industry,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Shandong Province to promote the quality improvement of the new energy automobile industry.
