摘  要:目前,市场上部分品牌的洗衣机搭载了防串色洗涤程序,以防止混洗时浅色衣物出现串色现象。但是,防串色洗涤程序研发和评价缺少测试用标准样品,限制了防串色洗涤程序的应用和科学评价。本文以漂白中平布制作标准白布试样,采用6种活性红染料和2种不同的染色工艺制备标准色布试样。以染色均匀性为指标,筛选合适的标准色布试样,并验证其可区分性和可行性,对防串色洗涤程序测试用标准样品进行标准化规定。防串色洗涤程序测试用标准样品的研制,可以实现对洗衣机上搭载的防串色洗涤程序的客观评价,规范防串色洗涤程序的洗涤效果。At present,some brands of washing machines on the market are equipped with dye transfer inhibition washing programs to prevent dye transfer phenomenon in clothes during mixing.However,the lack of standard samples for testing in the development and evaluation of the dye transfer inhibition washing program limits the application and scientific evaluation of the dye transfer inhibition washing program.This paper uses bleached plain cloth to make standard white cloth samples,and 6 kinds of reactive red dyes and 2 different dyeing processes to prepare standard color cloth samples.Taking dyeing uniformity as an index,it screens suitable standard color cloth samples,verifies their distinguishability and feasibility,and standardizes the standard samples for the test of dye transfer inhibition washing procedures.The development of standard samples for testing the dye transfer inhibition washing program can realize the objective evaluation of the dye transfer inhibition washing program on the washing machine and standardize the washing effect of the dye transfer inhibition washing program.
