摘  要:目的基于数据挖掘研究人参通过对早期应激导致的基因表达水平异常的调控发挥预防创伤性应激障碍(PTSD)作用。方法检索GEO数据库获得病例原始芯片数据分析获得差异基因,并对其进行PPI和GO分析,将数据信息转化为医学信息。检索TCMSP数据库获得人参发挥药效作用的靶点基因,并对其进行GO分析。对比上述差异基因与靶点基因,判断人参是否对疾病具有预防作用。结果早期应激可以导致基因表达显著异常,最显著的富集在单胺类转运蛋白活性这一生理功能。人参作用靶点最显著的功能完全涵盖早期应激导致的差异基因。结论人参可通过调控早期应激导致的基因表达水平异常发挥预防PTSD的药理作用。Objective:To study the role of ginseng in preventing post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)by regulating abnormal gene expression caused by early stress based on data mining.Methods:The differential genes were obtained by searching the GEO database to obtain the original case chip data,and the differential genes were analyzed by PPI and GO,and the data information was transformed into medical information.The target genes of Panax ginseng were obtained by searching TCMSP database and analyzed by GO.The above differential genes with target genes were compared to determine whether ginseng has a preventive effect on the disease.Results:Early stress could lead to significant abnormality of gene expression,which was most significantly enriched in the physiological function of monoamine transporter activity.The most prominent function of ginseng target completely covers the differential genes caused by early stress.Conclusion:Ginseng can play a pharmacological role in preventing PTSD by regulating the abnormal level of gene expression caused by early stress.
