宁心通痹汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察宁心通痹汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法患者80例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组均予以西医冠心病二级预防用药,观察组加予宁心通痹汤口服,疗程均为4周,对比两组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.11%,明显高于对照组的64.86%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分、心绞痛积分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。两组间中医证候积分、心绞痛积分治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的心电图改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论应用宁心通痹汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)临床疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Tongbi Decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each.Both groups were given standardized Western medicine treatment.On that basis,the treatment group added Ningxin Tongbi Decoction.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of both groups was compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.11%,significantly higher than that of control group(64.86%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and angina scores of both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ECG of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions and side effects in groups.Conclusion:Ningxin Tongbi Decoction is effective and safe on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.
