风药在直肠癌及放射性肠炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：全文试从“玄府理论”的新视角认识直肠癌及其放疗后并发症放射性肠炎的病因病机,认为玄府闭塞,气机阻滞是二者共同的基本病理环节,探讨风药在直肠癌及其放疗后并发症放射性肠炎的应用。直肠癌治宜寒温并调,在健脾温肾基础上清热化湿、开通玄府、畅达气血、祛瘀解毒;放射性肠炎治宜在健脾补中、益气养阴基础上清化湿热、开通玄府、化瘀通络、调畅气血;为玄府理论的深入研究及风药在直肠癌、放射性肠炎的临床应用提供一种思路。This paper aimed to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of rectal cancer and its common complications after radiotherapy such as radiation enteritis from a new perspective of Xuanfu medicine theory to explore the application of Feng Medicine in rectal cancer and its complications after radiotherapy.The basic pathological link was considered to be the occlusion of Xuanfu and block of qi.The rectal cancer should be treated by regulating both coldness and warmth based on strengthening spleen and warming kidneys;it should be treated by clearing away heat and dampness,dredging Xuanfu,smoothing Qi and blood,as well as removing toxins and blood stasis.The radiation enteritis should better be treated by clearing away heat and dumbness,opening Xuanfu,removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals,and rectifying qi and blood on basis of strengthening spleen,supplementing qi and nourishing Yin.This article has provided an idea for the in-depth study of Xuanfu medicine theory and the clinical application of Feng Medicine for rectal cancer and radiation enteritis.
