摘 要:为提高双排气系统三效催化转化器的转化性能,建立整个双排气系统的仿真模型,基于CFD理论和排气系统理论,利用ANSYS CFX软件对双排气系统内部流场进行模拟分析,得到了双排气系统中温度、压力和速度的分布情况。从仿真结果可以看出气流经过三效催化转化器时亦存在压力分布不均匀的现象,其压力损失为800 Pa,压力损失较小,对转化效率的影响较小,而温度分布受流场的影响很大,流速分布的不均匀形成了分布更加不均匀的温度场,而催化转换器的温度场不均匀不仅可以使其使用寿命缩短,还导致催化转化效率的降低。将三效催化转化器放到整个排气系统中进行仿真研究,得到温度场、压力场和速度场对三效催化转化器整体性能的影响。In order to improve the conversion performance of the three-way catalytic converter with dual exhaust system,the simulation model of the whole dual exhaust system was established.Based on the CFD theory and exhaust system theory,the internal flow field of the dual exhaust system was simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS CFX software,and the distribution of temperature,pressure and velocity in the dual exhaust system was obtained.From the simulation results,it can be seen that the pressure distribution is uneven when the air flows through the three-way catalytic converter.The pressure loss is 800 Pa,and the pressure loss is small,which has little impact on the conversion efficiency.The temperature distribution is greatly affected by the flow field.The non-uniformity of the flow velocity distribution forms a more uneven temperature field.The service life of the catalyst is shortened and the catalytic conversion efficiency is reduced.The three-way catalytic converter is put into the whole exhaust system for simulation,and the influence of temperature field,pressure field and velocity field on the overall performance of three-way catalytic converter is obtained.
