摘 要:为了提高基于电动助力转向器(EPS)系统的电子控制器(ECU)的电源线传导发射,在该电控系统的ECU软硬件结构的基础下,分析和探讨了电动助力转向器系统的电磁环境与ECU电源的相互影响,接着对ECU的电源线传导进行了有效设计,解决了ECU的EMC性能。试验结果表明:EPS电源线传导发射完全符合电动转向系统的电磁环境。In order to improve the power line conducted emission of the electronic controller ECU,the ECU based on the electric power steering(EPS)system,the interaction between the electromagnetic environment of the EPS system and the ECU power was analyzed and discussed supply on the basis of the ECU hardware and software structure of the electronic control system.Then,the power line conduction of the ECU is effectively designed to solve the EMC performance of the ECU.The test results show that the EPS power line conducted emission completely conforms to the electromagnetic environment of the electric power steering system.
