摘 要:电动汽车是目前发展较快、技术较为成熟、应用范围广的一类新能源汽车,驱动电机是电动汽车的三大关键技术之一,适用于电动汽车驱动电机的类型主要有交流异步电机、永磁同步电机和开关磁阻电机。通过研究驱动电机的应用现状和市场分布,以驱动电机行业标杆Prius为研究对象分析了永磁同步电机关键技术的发展趋势,以及开关磁阻电机和轮毂电机驱动的应用情况、限制因素及发展。最后结合国内电机行业情况,为电机企业与国外先进驱动电机产品竞争的发展举措提供了建议。Electric vehicle is a kind of new energy vehicle with rapid development,mature technology and wide application.Driving motor is one of the three core technologies of electric vehicle.The main types of driving motors suitable for electric vehicle are AC asynchronous motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor and switched reluctance motor.By studying the application status and market distribution of the driving motor,the development trend of the key technologies of PMSM was analyzed with Prius as the research object,and the application,limitation and development of SRM and in-wheel motor were analyzed.Finally,combining with the situation of domestic motor industry,some suggestions were provided for the development of competition between motor enterprises and foreign advanced drive motor products.
