小剂量右美托咪定在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量右美托咪定在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月到2019年10月在我院接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者200例,随机分为对照组(n=100,地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉)和实验组(n=100,小剂量右美托咪定联合地佐辛和丙泊酚麻醉)。比较两组患者的不良反应、临床指标与镇静效果。结果两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组的苏醒时间、离院时间均显著短于对照组,丙泊酚使用剂量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的镇静总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃肠镜检查中应用小剂量右美托咪定的镇静效果理想,安全性高,可缩短苏醒时间与离院时间,减少丙泊酚使用剂量。Objective To observe the application effect of small-dose dexmedetomidine in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination.Methods A total of 200 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=100,dezocine combined with propofol for anesthesia)and the experimental group(n=100,small-dose dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine and propofol for anesthesia).The adverse reactions,clinical indicators and sedation effect were compared between two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).The awakening time and discharge time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the dosage of propofol was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of sedation of experimental group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 88.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Small-dose dexmedetomidine applied in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination has ideal sedation effect and high safety,which can shorten the awakening time and discharge time,and reduce the dosage of propofol.
