高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔联合鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔联合鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法60例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组各30例。两组均采用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗;此外,对照组给予生理盐水冲洗鼻腔,实验组给予高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔,比较两组的临床疗效、生活质量、疼痛程度。结果实验组的总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。术后,两组的SNOT-20评分、VAS评分均显著低于术前,实验组的SNOT-20评分、VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔联合鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的疗效显著,利于改善临床症状,减轻术后疼痛,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of hypertonic saline irrigation of nasal cavity combined with sinus-endoscopic surgery for the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods 60 patients with CRS were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with sinus-endoscopic surgery;in addition,the control group was given normal saline irrigation of nasal cavity,and the experimental group was given hypertonic saline irrigation of nasal cavity.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and pain degree were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%of control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the SNOT-20 score and VAS score of both groups were significantly lower than those before surgery,and the SNOT-20 score and VAS score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hypertonic saline irrigation of nasal cavity combined with sinus-endoscopic surgery for the treatment of CRS has significant efficacy,which is conducive to improve clinical symptoms,relieve postoperative pain,and improve the quality of life.
