摘　　要：目的观察妊娠晚期细菌性阴道病(BV)患者使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊对阴道菌群及妊娠结局的影响。方法150例妊娠晚期BV患者随机分为两组各75例,对照组使用甲硝唑治疗,观察组使用甲硝唑联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、乳酸菌计数及妊娠结局。结果治疗1周后,观察组的总有效率、乳酸菌计数正常率均显著高于对照组,胎膜早破、早产、新生儿黄疸发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的产褥感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑可提高妊娠晚期BV患者的治疗效果,恢复乳酸菌计数,减少不良妊娠结局。Objective To observe the effect of lacidophilin vaginal capsules on vaginal flora and pregnancy outcome in patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV)at late pregnancy.Methods 150 patients with BV at late pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,while the observation group was treated with lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole.The clinical efficacy,lactic acid bacteria count and pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate and normal rate of lactic acid bacteria count of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the incidences of premature rupture of membranes,premature delivery and neonatal jaundice were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of puerperal infection(P>0.05).Conclusions Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole can improve the treatment effect of BV patients at late pregnancy,restore the lactic acid bacteria count,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcome.
