产妇临产时血浆D-二聚体以及凝血四项指标特点以及检验价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产妇临产时血浆D-二聚体(D-D)以及凝血四项指标的特点以及检验价值。方法2017年1月至2019年12月,选择于我院进行分娩的临产产妇60例作为临产组,健康孕中期孕妇60例作为孕中期组,健康未妊娠女性60例作为对照组。三组均给予血浆D-D及凝血四项检验,比较临产组与孕中期组、临产组与对照组的D-D、凝血四项指标水平。结果临产组的D-D、FIB水平显著高于对照组,PT、APTT、TT水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。临产组的D-D、FIB水平显著高于孕中期组,PT、APTT、TT水平显著低于孕中期组(P<0.05)。结论产妇临产时会呈现高凝状态,这种状态虽有利于分娩时机体止血,但也可能导致产妇发生血栓等并发症。检验D-D和凝血四项指标对预防产妇发生相关并发症具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the characteristics and detection value of plasma D-dimer(D-D)and four parameters of blood coagulation in parturient pregnant women.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,60 parturient pregnant women in our hospital were set as the parturient group,60 healthy pregnant women in the second trimester were set as the second trimester group,and 60 healthy women without pregnancy were set as the control group.All the 3 groups received detection of plasma D-D and four parameters of blood coagulation,and the levels of all indicators were compared between the parturient group and the second trimester group,and between the parturient group and the control group.Results The levels of D-D and FIB of parturient group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the levels of PT,APTT and TT were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of D-D and FIB of parturient group were significantly higher than those of second trimester group,and the levels of PT,APTT and TT were significantly lower than those of second trimester group(P<0.05).Conclusions Parturient pregnant women will present high coagulation state,although this state is conducive to hemostasis during childbirth,but may also lead to complications such as thrombosis.The detection of D-D and four parameters of blood coagulation has important clinical application value in preventing related complications in pregnant women.
