摘 要:目的探讨IKAP健康教育模式对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者疾病知识掌握及自我效能的影响。方法88例GDM患者随机分为两组各44例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予IKAP健康教育模式干预。比较两组的疾病知识掌握情况、自我效能及血糖水平。结果干预后,观察组的疾病知识评分及自我效能GSES评分均显著高于对照组,FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IKAP健康教育模式应用于GDM患者的效果较好,能够提高患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,提高自我效能,有效控制血糖水平。Objective To explore the impact of IKAP health education model on the mastery of disease knowledge and self-efficacy of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 88 patients with GDM were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given IKAP health education model intervention on the basis of the control group.The mastery of disease knowledge,self-efficacy and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the disease knowledge score and self-efficacy GSES score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP health education model applied in GDM patients has good effect,which can improve patients'mastery degree of disease knowledge,improve self-efficacy,and effectively control the blood glucose levels.
