预冲式冲管注射器联合无针输液接头在深静脉导管封管护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预冲式冲管注射器联合无针输液接头在深静脉导管封管护理中的应用效果。方法80例行深静脉导管封管的患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组使用普通注射器联合无针输液接头进行深静脉导管封管护理,观察组使用预冲式冲管注射器联合无针输液接头进行深静脉导管封管护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的深静脉导管留置时间显著长于对照组,护士封管操作时间显著短于对照组,患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在深静脉导管封管护理中使用预冲式冲管注射器联合无针输液接头,可显著延长深静脉导管留置时间,减少封管操作时间,提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of pre-filler flush syringe combined with needle-free infusion connector in the nursing of tube sealing of central venous catheter.Methods 80 patients with tube sealing of central venous catheter were randomly and equally divided into two groups.In the nursing of tube sealing of central venous catheter,the control group used common syringe combined with needle-free infusion connector,and the observation group used pre-filler flush syringe combined with needle-free infusion connector.The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results The indwelling time of central venous catheter of observation group was significantly longer than that of control group,the nurses'operation time of tube sealing was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the patients'nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of pre-filler flush syringe combined with needle-free infusion connector in the nursing of tube sealing of central venous catheter can significantly prolong the indwelling time of central venous catheter,reduce the operation time of tube sealing,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
