基于临床路径的优质护理在冠心病PCI术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于临床路径的优质护理在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2016年10月至2019年6月于我院行PCI术的冠心病患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行基于临床路径的优质护理,比较两组的并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论基于临床路径的优质护理应用于冠心病PCI术患者效果确切,可有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing based on clinical pathway in coronary heart disease patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)surgery.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease underwent PCI surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing based on clinical pathway on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing based on clinical pathway applied in coronary heart disease patients with PCI surgery has exact effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree.
