摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化护理模式对急性缺血性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗时间窗的影响。方法88例急性缺血性脑梗死患者随机分为两组各44例,对照组采用常规护理流程救治,观察组采用医护一体化护理流程救治,比较两组的救治时间窗、NIHSS评分。结果观察组的CT准备、CT检查、溶栓准备用时均显著短于对照组,护理后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式应用于急性缺血性脑梗死患者效果显著,可有效节省救治时间,改善患者的神经功能。Objective To explore the impact of integrated doctor-nurse nursing model on time window of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods 88 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional nursing process,while the observation group was treated by integrated doctor-nurse nursing process.The time window of treatment and NIHSS score were compared between two groups.Results The time for CT preparation,time for CT examination and time for thrombolysis preparation of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the NIHSS score after nursing was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated doctor-nurse nursing model applied in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction has significant effect,which can effectively save treatment time and improve patients'neurological function.
