摘 要:为了系统研究青藏高原巴松措(湖)夏季浮游植物种群分布格局与共存机制,于2018年9月对巴松措(湖)夏季浮游植物进行了定性和定量采集。采用QCC15卡盖式采水器与有机玻璃采水器采集水样42个,利用活体观察和固定染色法鉴定物种并对该湖泊浮游植物生态学进行研究。结果表明:(1)巴松措(湖)夏季浮游植物中共鉴定优势物种9种,隶属3门4纲5目6科8属,其中棒形鼓藻(Gonatozygon monotaenium)为绝对优势种;(2)针形纤维藻(Ankistrodesmus acicularis)的生态位宽度最大,弧形蛾眉藻(Ceratoneis arcus)生态位宽度最小;(3)浮游植物优势种群生态位重叠程度较高,表明种群间的生态相似性较大,利用资源的相似性程度较高,整体呈发展型,正在朝顶级群落演替;(4)浮游植物优势种群多呈聚集分布的格局,是种群主动适应生态条件的表现,由生态位分化而产生的共存机制和竞争关系共同作用的结果。In order to systematically understand the population distribution pattern and coexistence mechanism of summering phytoplankton in the Basomtso(Lake)on the Tibetan Plateau,the ecological research on phytoplankton in the lake was conducted with 42 water samples collected qualitatively and quantitatively by using QCC15 capped water collector and Plexiglass water sampler in Sep 2018.The identification of phytoplankton species was done by vivo observation and fixed staining method.A total of 9 dominant species belonging to 3 phyla,4 classes,5 orders,6 families and 8 genera were identified among which Gonatozygon monotaenium was the absolute dominant species.Ankistrodesmus acicularis had the largest niche breadth in contrast to Ceratoneis arcus with the least niche breadth.The high degree of niche overlap of dominant phytoplankton populations indicates the high degree of similarities in ecological features and in resources utilization between populations.The aggregating distribution pattern presented by dominant phytoplankton population indicates that the population adapts to ecological conditions positively and is result of the coexistence mechanism and competition relationship caused by the niche differentiation.
