学生需求视域下的新时代高校辅导员思想政治工作能力的现状调查与思考——基于海南省高校的调查分析

摘　　要：在新时代背景下从学生需求的视角出发,通过分析高校辅导员思想政治工作现状,积极探索辅导员思想政治工作能力提升路径有利于提高大学生思想政治教育的科学性、时效性,从而切实提高学生思想政治教育质量,提升人才培养质量。为此,文章以海南省高校为例,调研了海南四所高校辅导员工作现状,分析了当前存在的问题并提出有效提升思想政治工作能力的相关建议。From the perspective of students'needs in the new era,this paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political work of college counselors and actively explores the path of improvement of counselors'ideological and political work ability.It is conducive to improving the scientific and timeliness of college students'ideological and political education,so as to effectively improve the quality of students'ideological and political education and improve the quality of personnel training.To this end,this paper takes Hainan Province as an example to investigate the current situation of counselors in four colleges and universities in Hainan,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions for effectively improving work ability.
