摘　　要：复卷机是造纸机的附属设备,其结构复杂、自动化程度高、发生安全事故的概率较高,对操作人员的生命安全威胁较大,为减少或避免事故发生,我们必须确保安全防护装置的可靠运行。复卷机的标配一般采取通过安全门的电气联锁,实现安全防护目的。针对这种方式存在的缺陷,采用现在的安全地毯技术对其进行改造,实现更好地安全防护。Rewinder is an accessory equipment in the papermaking process.The complex str ucture and high degree of automation for the rewinder makes the probability of safety accidents higher,which threatens the life safety of operators.In order to reduce or avoid accidents,we must ensure a reliable operation of safety protection devices.The standard configuration of rewinder generally adopts the electrical interlocking of safety door to realize safety protection.To address the shortcomings of this approach,the safety carpet technology was used to transform it to achieve better safety protection.
