摘 要:随着我国社会经济的发展,城市垃圾的产量快速上升。采用等离子体气化熔融技术来处理城市垃圾,能避免传统处理方式带来的二次污染问题,但由于我国城市垃圾含水量高、热值低等原因会造成等离子体炬电耗高的问题。本文结合气化熔融技术、回转式预热器、蓄热式燃烧以及余热回收等多项先进技术,理论上设计了一套日处理垃圾能力在10~30 t的等离子体气化熔融/垃圾处理系统。系统的减容率在95%以上,在充分利用垃圾中的能源的同时,将二噁英的排放控制在国家标准0.1 ng-TEQ/Nm^3以内,减少重金属等二次污染物的排放,具有良好的经济性和环保性。With the development of social economy,the output of urban garbage is increasing rapidly in China.Treating municipal waste by using plasma gasification and melting technology can avoid secondary pollution caused by traditional treatment methods.However,due to the high water content and low calorific value of urban garbage,it caused high power consumption of the plasma torch.In this paper,combining gasification and melting technology,rotary preheater,regenerative combustion and waste heat recovery and other advanced technologies,a plasma gasification melting/garbage treatment system with a daily garbage disposal capacity of 10-30 t was theoretically designed.The capacity reduction rate of the system was above 95%.While making full use of the energy in garbage,the emission of dioxin was kept within the national standard of 0.1 ng-TEQ/Nm^3 and the emission of secondary pollutants such as heavy metals were reduced,which presents good economy and environmental protection.
