摘　　要：血-视网膜屏障在维持视网膜微环境稳态中具有重要作用,很多疾病如糖尿病视网膜病变、急性青光眼、早产儿视网膜病变等均会导致血-视网膜屏障损伤。目前对于引起血-视网膜屏障损伤的分子机制尚未完全阐释清楚,本文旨在综述血-视网膜屏障的结构与功能,各种眼部疾病导致的血-视网膜屏障损伤机制及采用药物治疗、激光治疗、手术治疗的治疗对策。The blood-retinal barrier(BRB)plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the retinal microenvironment.Many diseases can lead to the damage of BRB,such as diabetic retinopathy,acute glaucoma and retinopathy of prematurity.At present,the molecular mechanism of BRB injury has not been fully explained.This paper briefly reviews the structure and function of blood-retina barrier,the damage mechanism of blood-retina barrier caused by various ocular diseases,and the therapeutic countermeasures of drug therapy,laser therapy and surgical treatment.
